Synopsis: January 4th, 2008 at Staples Center against the Philadelphia 76ers. Drew had his best dunk of the year in this game with his superman slam dunk. The fact that he jumped off the wrong foot makes even more impressive. The way his jersey flutters as he flies through the air resembles superman’s cap. Keep in mind that he did this about a month before Dwight did his thing, and Drew did it in an actual game. Drew had 17 points, 16 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 blocks.

Synopsis: January 11th, 2008 game at Staples Center against the Milwaukee Bucks. Bynum had one of his biggest nights statistically all season and showcased more and more of his ability to create his own moves in the post using footwork rather than just catching lobs for dunks. Unfortunately this was his last full game he played all season. Drew had 25 points, 17 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 assists.

Synopsis: January 13th, 2008 game at Staples Center against the Memphis Grizzlies. Drew skys for a rebound with 9 min and 1 seconds remaining in the 3rd Quarter, and lands on Lamar Odom’s foot which injures his knee and ends what was looking like a career breakout season. The ironic part of this incident was that Pau Gasol happened to score on this possesion right after after Drew went down and injured himself. Little did Pau know that he would be taking over Bynum’s role in the starting lineup just 2 weeks later. Drew had 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists.
